Joe names what he saw

He starts with your diagnostic results — not a generic intro. The drift he read, the layer it's sitting on, what the answers told him about where the weight is. You'll know immediately this isn't a template conversation.

You add the context

He asks three to four questions. Not a scripted discovery checklist — specific questions based on your answers. What's the business actually doing? What have you already tried? What's the real cost of leaving it where it is?

Fit or no fit — stated directly

Joe tells you whether OVERSIGHT is the right fit for where you are. If it is, he outlines what the first 90 days looks like. If it isn't, he tells you what you actually need and where to find it. No soft landing.
